Chicken roll
Very juicy and tender, with a spicy sour-sweet notes of dried apricots and the tartness of capers, chicken roll will surely delight You and taste and simplicity of execution.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Dried apricots

    6 piece

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dried tomatoes

    2 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    2 pinch

Cooking

Chicken breast separated from the bones, put them in the bag and lightly beat. Salt, sprinkle with sweet paprika powder, dried dill and garlic.

Fry an omelette with 1 egg and 10% cream. Lay the scrambled eggs on the chicken.

To lay out the future centre of the loaf cut in half dried apricots, sprinkle the entire surface of the chili pepper, smoked paprika, capers and sun dried tomatoes.

Twist the entire structure in a roll to secure a convenient way for You /me still have to work out with silicone flagella/ and wrap in foil. Bake it in preheated to 210 degrees oven for 20 minutes. The oven off but do not open until cool. It is better to prepare in the evening and forget about the roll until the morning.

To release from the foil, cut into thin slices and enjoy.

This loaf is perfect for sandwiches, as a dietary replacement is not the most useful the sausage.
