Spicy cheese sauce
This is another version of the sauce of the cheese. In contrast sweet-sour, this the consistency is less thick, and pleasantly tangy. Suitable for chicken and meat.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Horseradish

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

Curd RUB through a sieve.

To the milk add the salt, horseradish, oil and red pepper, mix well.

Then add the cheese and beat with a blender until a homogeneous mass. The sauce is ready.
