Cream pie with almonds
A very simple pie series: mixed, poured and in the oven. But the taste is wonderful - soft, creamy... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

This amount of product is enough for a full sheet of standard oven.

Instead of almonds you can take coconut(I prefer almond)

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, kefir, salt, vanillin and baking powder

pour the batter on a sheet with sides(dough as pancakes)

to fill with almonds and send in preheated oven for 20min.at 200*

immediately pour hot cream pie evenly and remove from the eyes for a couple of hours(not to be tempted)

it is a pie in an hour, almost all the cream is absorbed

cut into slices and, if you have the desire and time, decorate.
