Chocolate fondue with chocolate biscuit and fruit
Very tasty and unique dessert for You and for friends who come to visit You.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    400 g

  • Cheese

    700 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Nuts

  • Raisins

  • Cherry

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Brandy

    50 g

  • Cream

    75 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Fruit

  • Cocoa powder

Cooking

In the softened margarine (at room temperature) added well mashed cottage cheese. All are thoroughly mixed and added sugar.

Added the eggs, and again everything is thoroughly mixed. Then added the vanilla, soda and flour. The dough is stirred and divided into four equal parts.

I had four fillings. And I decided to make one pan four cheese biscuit.

In each split part of the test I put, accordingly, raisins, nuts, cherries and cocoa.

Baked 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

When cake has cooled, cut it into small cubes.

In a water bath I melted the chocolate with butter. Added brandy and cream. And poured the chocolate in the fondue pot.

I put the fondue on the burner with a weak fire, stirring with the aid of special forks.
