Description
Yesterday I had a special evening. Night, when I suddenly really felt the approach of the New year. Like a kaleidoscope folded pattern, and for me fresh frosty air, the snow, flying in large flakes, iridescent and sparkling in the lantern light, the smiles on people's faces and festive city illumination, suddenly merged in some children's sense of happiness! The legs suffered on the winter streets to the store Christmas decorations. Rain, glitter balls, snowflakes, figurines of chubby angels.... Returning home, I felt the snow Maiden, with a full bag of Christmas magic. I immediately wanted to invent something, to make, decorate! But, looking around the apartment, it became clear that primarily there is need to clean up. And what service, when in such a mood?!!!!! The issue was solved quickly. Need to vent exuberant energy.... in the kitchen! And to make something truly new year, festive and beautiful!

Today I want to offer you the idea of chocolate baskets with cream cheese and fruit. But you can fill them with anything, for any taste. It could be syrup-soaked sponge cake, covered with cream or condensed milk, just fruits and berries, mixed nuts.... And here is a basket of strawberries and whipped cream reserved until February 14!!!
We need disposable parchment muffin tins and chocolate, any of your choice. Chocolate melt in a water bath and put a tablespoon into molds. Using a teaspoon smear a little of the cooled chocolate on the walls. The layer should be thick enough for our basket did not collapse when removing the parchment. When the desired number of molds will be ready to put them in the refrigerator to harden chocolate.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese cream. To do this in the saucepan with the leftover chocolate, pour a little cream, add vanilla, sugar and, if desired, more chocolate. Give a boil and let to cool in cold water.
In the cooled chocolate cream little by little add the cheese and beat with a mixer, until obtaining of cream.
Baskets one taken from the refrigerator and carefully remove parchment.
Fill with sliced fruit, spread on top the cream and decorate.
