Fried egg in sour cream
Today is exactly a year since when I checked on the website "cook" in honor of this event I offer a wonderful recipe eggs. The recipe was taken from the book titled "For students and lovers" 1992, similar to the website not found. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

I'll tell you what tastes best to eat this dish straight from the frying pan, so armed with kitchen utensils who is not afraid of the sharp teeth of a fork. :-D Put the pan on the fire and put two tablespoons of sour cream, waiting for when it melts a bit.

Once the cream comes to a boil, carefully (do not damage the yolk)hammered into her eggs. NOT TO STIR! Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Now it all depends on how You like your eggs. If the yolk should be hard-boiled, wait 3-4 minutes, I like the yolk runny, so my wait was reduced to 2 minutes :-P
