Clean the squash. Cut it into rings 0.5 cm thick and spread on a plate. A little salt.
Top each piece squeezing a drop of mayonnaise. Who are against mayonnaise - this step can skip, then salt more. But I like mayonnaise, tastes better with it :-)
Now cut the cheese in small slices and put one slice of zucchini.
And tomatoes cut into slices if tomato is large, you can even circle in half. And on top of each piece.
Put the dish in the microwave. I have a weak 600 watts. I put on 13 min. If you are stronger, try 7-10 minutes. Zucchini get a little crispy. Very tasty!
