Cooking
Prepare the mashed potatoes. 2-3 PCs. medium potatoes is roughly 200 grams. mashed potatoes. Boil the potatoes, add water to make puree, just thick. I so do not mess with the potatoes, went the easy way out and used the mashed potato Maggi. Only in this case it needs to be diluted with carbonated mineral water and measure 150 gr. puree.
Milk heat, add the sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 20 minutes. To connect dairy yeast with mashed potatoes, olive oil, salt and gradually enter the sifted flour.
Knead well the dough, roll into a ball, put in a container greased with vegetable oil, make dough crosswise incision, cover and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
After an hour, knead again, roll out on a baking sheet and leave for 30 minutes (covered with a towel).

Lubricate the prepared dough with olive oil, sprinkle with salt (better, of course, marine, heavy), sprinkle with Basil.
Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes, until Browning.
