Everyone in my family love baking with cheese. This recipe was not an exception. Delicious, tender rolls with spicy cheese cream filling for "cheers" disappear from the table! Prepare them frequently, and not only for celebration but also in everyday life.

In warm milk dissolve the sugar and fresh yeast. Add the flour, salt, melted butter and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling: 230 grams of cheese to RUB on a small grater, add sour cream, whipped with egg and curry, squeezed out garlic, mix well.
