Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar.
Add heated milk and vanilla powder.
Ramekins pour the melted honey and coat the inside. Put the ramekins in a tray, pour water to about 1 cm
Pour the whipped milk and put in oven for 40 minutes.
Take out from the oven - some water should remain in the tray!
Here's a closer look. Let cool, put in refrigerator and then gently removed from the molds. Served cold.
