Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks, while the whites put in the refrigerator, and whisk the yolks with half the sugar until whitening, add lemon zest (grated on a fine grater) and lemon juice.
Add to the yolks the cheese and stir again.
Get proteins from the refrigerator and whisk with the remaining sugar until fluffy.
Combine the yolk-cheese mass with the protein, add starch (3 tbsp) and stir gently on low speed. Such a beautiful mass is obtained, similar to a souffle.
In BlackBerry add 1 tablespoon of starch, stir.
Grease the form (God I've ever form normal?????*CRAZY* ) margarine or butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sugar. Spread half of the mass in the form, then distribute the berries, top with the remaining cottage cheese. Put in oven, preheated to 160-170 degrees for 60-70 minutes. After 40 minutes of baking cover with foil. The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. And yet, this cake is delicious cold, warm BlackBerry noticeably sour.
