Cooking
Cabbage finely chop (better shredder), carrots grate on medium grater. Carrots and cabbage together, add the vinegar, salt and sugar to taste. Toss the salad and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes so all the products friends and let the juice.
Dried apricots to soak in water and finely chop. Raisins rinse well and dry. Now about citrus, you can use any (except lemon),but I speak from experience-with the tangerines they taste best! I've had a (or was?) pomelo. So citrus, to your taste, clean, analyze into slices, remove seeds and chop (I break hands into small pieces).
All products connect and fill with mayonnaise. You can fill and sour cream, and yogurt, and vegetable oil. But with mayonnaise more tasty.
On top of the salad sprinkle a handful of crushed walnuts or toasted sesame seeds, and can be finely chopped parsley.
