Colcannon or mashed potatoes Irish
I suggest to try mashed potatoes in Irish. An interesting combination of potatoes and cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Potato peel, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Thinly shinkuem cabbage and boil until tender, about 10 minutes.

Onions fry in a frying pan for 1 minute in melted butter (30 grams).

From boiled potatoes, butter (30 grams) and milk to make mashed potatoes. Add a pinch of nutmeg and pepper. To mashed potatoes add cabbage and onions. Spread on a dish slide, in the centre we do deepening and pour back the remaining melted butter. You can decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
