Cooking
Put on to cook rice. I used the rice "Aquatica Color Mix" from TM Mistral. Rice pour into pot with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. Then tightly cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5-10min. To preserve nutrients do not rinse rice after cooking.
Meanwhile turn on the oven and prepare the cake. Eggs to shoot down with sour cream until smooth and season with salt
Add thawed spinach, 2 (possible 3) tablespoons of flour, mix well.
In a baking dish put the oiled sheet of parchment and pour the mass in a layer about 0.5-0.7 cm Smooth spatula. Instead of parchment I used a Teflon sheet. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes - until cooked cake.
Prepare the filling. Mix the boiled rice (about half 210гр. glass, and more), cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Optionally add the greens. I used parsley and coriander. Taste for salt.
It turns out that's the mass. So like cheese at all different humidity, and adjust the mass density of sour cream.
Ready cake remove from the oven, put it beautiful (green) side down, allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
On the cooled cake with a spatula, apply the filling. Neatly align the thickness of the filling. It is convenient to use a long knife.
