Soft and tender dough with a layer of minced meat. Such a neat and delicious pastries is able to take a worthy place on your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Minced meat

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

First prepare the dough for the cake. Egg whisk for about 1 minute. Mix egg with sour cream. Add the vegetable oil. Stir.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Mix well until smooth. The baking dish will require a diameter of not greater than 20 cm the Form to lay baking paper. Pour the batter and distribute evenly. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees until cooked (check with a dry wooden stick).
