  • Cabbage Chinese

  • Sea Kale

    40 g

  • Carrots

    20 g

  • Squid

    50 g

  • Caviar

    20 g

  • Mayonnaise

    40 g

Cooking

Wash carrots under running water,cleaned in Nov, wash and RUB on a small grater full length .

Cabbage chopped in fine julienne.

Squid cut into strips.

On a serving plate put the Chinese cabbage in the form of waves then carrots,Chinese cabbage,sea Kale,squid .Pour mayonnaise and decorate with caviar .
