Ingredients: - Potatoes, carrots, beets - boil and grate on a coarse grater. Eggs to grate on a fine grater. Leave two yolks for decoration. - Canned herring or a mixture of seafood. - Mayonnaise
The first layer of potatoes put in the number "8". Grease the top with mayonnaise.
The second layer - carrots. Mayonnaise.
The third layer is beets. Mayonnaise.
Fourth layer - egg. Mayonnaise.
Repeat from the first to the third layers. Sprinkle top with grated yolk.
In the "holes" from "8" spread or a traditional herring or a mixture of seafood.
