(my version)... Watched the performance, like, no "caps". The salad turns out tender at the expense of processed cheese.

Here our products. If not mayonnaise with garlic, then make it yourself. Easy mayonnaise mix with garlic, passed through the press.
The bottom of the dish liberally with mayonnaise.
From top to grate the raw carrots. Layers don't do much "thick"
Layer the beet liberally lubricated with mayonnaise and pritrusit raisins and chopped nuts.
All the layers again: - carrots - cheese - beet - mayonnaise (abundantly) - nuts and raisins. When the layers are repeated two times, the salad is much vkusnee. To let it sit a couple of hours and you can eat.
