Meat terrine, baked in the Borodino bread
Very interesting snack we were treated to the relatives in the village. Prepares simple and of a minimum number of products, and it turns out very tasty and pretty. I eat it both hot and cold. Especially it was our men.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    1 piece

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

I did sample a small portion of a loaf of 300g. Cut the tip from the loaf, scraping the pulp carefully, trying not to break the wall. Lightly dry the loaf in the oven.

Grind pork in beef, add chopped onion, spices, soy sauce. Mix well the minced meat until smooth.

Stuff the loaf, inside I put a boiled chicken egg.

Cover the loaf with a bread lid (the toothpick in the photo was a bad idea, I then deleted, as to wrap the loaf in foil was impossible). Snack roll up in several layers of foil and bake at 180* for 1.5 hours with no convection.

Bread snack produced very little, just a couple of stripes, they are impregnated with a taste and smell of meat paste. Pate, in turn, impregnated with the taste and smell of Borodino bread. Nice!
