I cleaned the cherries from the pits and poured a syrup made from water, sugar, vodka and essences of Amaretto (if you take the cognac, the essence won't need). Left the cherries to infuse for a day.

Before preparing the dessert made of chocolate: all the necessary ingredients put in a bowl, stirring constantly brought to simmer to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Gave the chocolate to cool, so as not to "offend" cherry.
