Puff pastry with pumpkin and cheese
Some children love vegetables and eat them with pleasure. My baby (he's now 2 years and 3 months), unfortunately, not one of them. When he was very young, the pumpkin puree we went "on hurrah!". But now to feed my Matvei! pumpkin have to go on different tricks. Here is one of them: puff pastry with pumpkin. Double pleasure is what you get when you cook with such a wonderful helper! For the competition "Silver line to the delight of children" from Scarlett.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin wash, peel, if there are seeds, remove.

Cut the pumpkin in small cubes

And lightly fry them in hot butter. Add sugar, cumin and simmer, stirring occasionally, until soft.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Roll the dough on the desktop, cut into equal squares. On the squares of dough to make small cuts from the corner to the center (but before the middle of the square to walk!).
