Description
This deliciously fragrant bread with garlic, very tasty. Cooked very easily with minimum ingredients. Bread portions, cut it with a knife should not. Your home will be filled with bread-garlic flavor. Will not leave anyone indifferent. It is eaten hot, without waiting for complete cooling.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients for the bread.
In warm water, add compressed yeast, sugar. Twenty minutes leave to rest for fermentation.
Our yeast is mixed with warm water formed a "cap" - the process is running...
Then add 350g sifted flour, stir. Leave to ferment for 30 minutes.
The sourdough came up, add to it the salt, stir.
In two steps you add to the dough the remaining flour, stirring well, put in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
The dough increased in volume two times, obtinem left alone for 30 minutes.

On a floured table surface spread the dough.
Forming dough balls the size of a walnut.
Garlic three on a fine grater.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the garlic to the warm oil, stir.
Each bead with one side doused in the butter-garlic mixture (to dip completely not worth it, unfortunately, it turns out)
Baking dish greased with oil (shape diameter 22 cm). Balls put into the form.
On the bottom of the form put, sprinkle with the cheese balls. On top lay the remaining balls and sprinkle with cheese. Give our bread to stand for 20 minutes. And in the meantime we include the oven.
Twenty minutes passed, the product rested, the oven is heated, proceed to baking. Bake at t 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
Nice garlic bread, cheesy aroma rescued my eldest son out of the room...
