Honey bread with Apple and walnut
Bread for afternoon tea! Sweet, fragrant air. A delicious blend of nuts, apples and honey will surely delight lovers of homemade bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Honey

    25 g

  • Apple

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Walnuts chopped not very finely.

Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. I knead the dough in HP.

Ready put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and put in a warm place for 40-45 minutes for the approach (I put it in the oven when the mode LIGHT)

After 40 minutes, the dough was perfect.

Put the dough on the work surface, greased with vegetable oil, punch down and divide into three equal parts, shape each bun.

Lay the balls in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Let "rest". (the size of my forms 10h20, you can take shape a bit more)

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes at this temperature (focus on your oven). If the top of the bread will be very brown, cover it with foil.

Bread prepared few minutes to cool in the form, then put on a rack until cool.

Honey toast with Apple and nuts is ready! By the way, this bread can bake and HP. Too good (in my CP mode French bread, baking time 3 h 15 min)
