Stew chicken in mustard-cream sauce
Tender chicken in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings and fry until transparent in oil.

Add the diced chicken and fry until slightly Golden chicken.

Add to the pan sour cream and mustard. Stir and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. And serve, preferably with rice.
