For me - very tasty, but still an Amateur... Useful protein salad

Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Cabbage

  • Walnuts

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Rosemary

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

Cooking

Cook the beans until tender (0,5 kg)

Fill with chopped nuts (1 teaspoon), roughly chopped onions, 1 clove of garlic crushed, finely cut into strips quarter of a bell pepper, rosemary, cilantro, salt, pepper to taste

Add the sauerkraut, the number desired, and season with vegetable oil
