Pork ears in soy sauce
Pig ears as a snack to beer, my husband tried recently, but we loved it, especially like this...

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

  • Sesame

Pig ears clean, wash, boil for 30 minutes with a Bay leaf and fragrant pepper.

Let cool, cut into thin strips.

In a pan pour half a Cup of soy sauce, same amount of water. Put in pan sticks, simmer on low heat until the liquid is evaporated.

Serve with freshly ground black pepper (from mill), green onions or sesame seed, and tasty and cold and warm. It looks a bit like mushrooms. Bon appetit!
