Description
I love "little" food and eating and cooking. When the portions are tiny, you can try many different flavors. French hors d'oeuvres, amuse bouche, canapés, Spanish tapas and pintxos, Turkish mezes, Russian tapas, Asian dim sum - all the wonderful little dishes of different cuisines of the world, all perfect for stylish table and treat guests. These little chicken meatballs in an Asian style can be served as part of a buffet or with crispy fried potatoes and fresh salad for holiday dinner. They are very simple to prepare and amazingly tasty.
