Braids with cereal
Soft, sweet rolls with a nice crust. These braids are great for Breakfast. They can be eaten with butter or jam, or just with milk. And a Cup of tea with this fragrant bun, I want to talk about beautiful and interesting crafts, common in our area.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

In warm milk add yeast and sugar. Leave for a few minutes and leave to rise.

In the dough add the oatmeal.

Then add salt, egg, honey, melted butter. In the sifted flour add the yeast mixture, knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place.

When the dough has risen, divide it into several parts.

To form a "pigtail", or to use another molding.

Put the braids on a baking tray, leave for 15-20 minutes. Grease muffin with egg yolk and sprinkle with oatmeal. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Of course, guided by your oven!
