If you love cakes with cabbage, the recipe for those rolls will be of your liking. Baking such dough always turns out very tasty, with crispy crust and tender crumb. Perfect for Easter dinner.

Cooking
Shred cabbage very finely or grate
In warm water add yeast and let rise.
In a pan heat the oil, squeeze out the garlic cloves, put cabbage and fry until soft 5-7 minutes. Then transfer to a plate and allow to cool
Mix half the flour with salt, add the water with yeast, knead the dough. Add to the dough cabbage and dry the dill, stir. Adding little by little the remaining flour, knead the dough. Put it in oiled bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
When the dough came, put it on the table, podpylenny flour, lightly press down.
Roll a small sausage and cut it into equal pieces.
Pieces to make into round cakes, not to flatten (makes 13 muffins). Spread on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and let it rise for another half hour. After the buns lubricate the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds. I'm part sprinkled with caraway seeds, some flax seeds. Bake at 210-220S 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown. And you can form and bake one cake-loaf.
