Spaghetti with zucchini and cauliflower
Now in the midst of a season of my favorite vegetables. Zucchini, tomatoes, cauliflower... you Want to eat only vegetables... But the husband insists: "I Want spaghetti!!!" Well, well... working!!!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    0.5 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion and garlic chop. Onion strips, garlic small. Fry them in olive oil.

Add the chopped cauliflower.

Zucchini - julienne. While the zucchini are young - I do not clean.

Add the tomato, peeled (cut into crosswise, scald, remove the skins) and cut into strips.

Salt and pepper - to taste, add Basil. Add a little water better than the water in which cooked pasta. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Spaghetti cooked with vegetables at the same time. Everything is simple. Plenty of water to a boil, add salt to taste, add a little olive oil. Cook to Your favorite state. Until tender or "al dente", in Italian "to the tooth", that is, the paste is ready, but do not seethe.

Ready spaghetti recline in a colander, do NOT RINSE!!!. Combine with vegetables. Stir... and serve. You can sprinkle some grated cheese and garnish with Basil.
