It is convenient to prepare the salad dressing in a jar with a lid that can be stored in the refrigerator.
To olive oil add wine vinegar.
Add honey and crushed garlic clove.
Add the grainy mustard, "Mach", close the jar lid. Shake the contents thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
Before serving, remove the garlic clove. Add favorite salad dressing. Bon appetit!
