Very tasty and hearty salad is easy to prepare and a great side dish to grilled meat. Is cooking potato salad is considered to be a Swabian specialty.

Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins and clean.
Cut into large chunks the potatoes and while hot pour it with the broth. Give the broth to absorb, about 15 minutes.
Make the marinade and filling. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard. Mustard any which taste, I have seeds. Salt, sugar and black pepper to taste.
Chop the onion half rings and pour the marinade.
If the broth is not absorbed all, it remains to merge. Add the onion and stir.
Fry the sunflower seeds or pan or in the microwave. Sprinkle the lettuce seeds.
