Description
This salad I found in the Internet, recorded in a notebook and forgotten. Now with the opening of seasons of mandarins decided to try it. On the website there is already a salad with this name, but this is simpler, but not worse. Very tasty and light salad.

Cooking
Like most salads, this recipe can be adjusted to suit your taste. Here is a sample set of products.
Pepper is coarsely cut, add corn.
Cheese cut into cubes or as more like pre-boiled chicken breast is also cut or divide into fibres.
Mandarin cleaned and cut slices in half, then along with croutons to add to the other ingredients. Add salt to taste, season with mayonnaise or yogurt and voila...
