Cooking
Pike clean, remove the intestines and wash.
Cut the fish into fillets with skin boneless and cut into slices.
Sliced fillet put in a deep bowl, pour the vinegar, stir, cover and leave for 40 minutes Then throws the fish on a colander.
Overtempered vegetable oil in the pan and pour it over the fish. There also add sliced thin onion half rings, chopped garlic and coriander seeds (I crushed them with a rolling pin and not finely), red pepper (you can add more, less) and soy sauce. Add salt according to your taste (for some, it may be unnecessary).
All mix thoroughly and marinade for 30 min.
The food is ready! Heh this is different from the previous riot of taste and spicy aroma. But all of them, undoubtedly, fresh fish (not frozen) heh just melts in your mouth!
