Sometimes are lacking some sauce or gravy to dry garnish (rice, pasta, buckwheat, potatoes, etc.). This sauce is very suitable to any meat and garnish... it incredibly easy and fast to cook, requires minimum products, and besides, it is not just delicious, but SOOOOO delicious

Cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until soft (how finely or coarsely chopped onions depends on your preference)
Add the tomato paste and continue to cook over medium heat, carefully stirring
Add the flour, mix well and continue to fry on a medium heat.
Add a little broth or water so that the mixture was not too thick.
Then sprinkle with dried mint (the mint tea bag will fit more than fine). If the mint bought at market, to separate large branches and add dry leaves only. And again all mix well.
Then the whole mass placed in the ladle. Add broth or water and stir until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. If you love a homogeneous mass, then the gravy can be whipped in a blender.
To serve the meat and garnish. Or just to garnish.
