Creamy trout with cheese-sesame crust
Very tender, juicy fish, a crunchy, tasty cheese and a sesame crust. There is nothing else to say - DELICIOUS!!! Treat your sweetheart on Valentine's Day!!!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    4 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Green olives

Steaks process. If you want to clean (I can not find we have trimmed the steaks. Very convenient to buy already sliced the fish, but to clean it and then - horror!!! The fish with salt and pepper.

Pour the fish cream.

Sprinkle with grated lemon zest. Leave for an hour to marinate.

The oven heated to 180 degrees. After an hour, put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the cream.

Sprinkle the fish with grated cheese. Better cheese that was creamy, not too salty and not spicy.

Generously sprinkle with sesame seeds. In fact, I have on each steak turned out a tablespoon of sesame seeds (fourth steak was small and it was for a baby, so I sprinkled it lightly).

Bake until Golden brown.

Serve, garnished with cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon and greens.
