Cooking
Take wheat bread or a loaf, a muffin, not a sweet cut it into cubes. Crackers fry in a dry pan until it will turn brown.
Crackers transfer to a plate to cool.
Prepare sauce for croutons. In a Cup pour olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper. Squeeze the garlic through the press. Mix well.
The crackers fill the sauce (leave some sauce for the lettuce) and mix.
Iceberg lettuce chop coarsely. On a serving plate put the salad. Add part of the sauce that we left on the crackers.
Cucumber and cherry tomatoes wash, dry and cut into rings, add to the iceberg lettuce, lightly prisolit, pepper, mix well.
Eggplant cut into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender on low heat. Cool slightly.
Prostivshis eggplant to add to the salad, put the crispy garlic croutons and pour canned corn.
The salad garnish with parsley.
