Probably every adult male is a little boy, only toys this boy grew up together with him, grew up. Favorite toys of my boy, like any programmer, are computer games and fantasy in any form, from historical reconstruction to writing fantasy stories. That's why the holiday table, I came up with a snack with the same name of our beloved couscous. Take snack "Fantasy" for the dreamer.

Cooking
Courgettes or zucchini wash, if they are young, it is not necessary to clean. Cut into thin slices (approximately 0.4-0.5 cm). Fry on the grill. I have a landline, but you can use a grill pan, or at least just dry fry in a regular frying pan. Fry for literally 2 minutes on each side.
Couscous pour boiling water, a little salt, cover with a lid and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the marinade for the zucchini. A small piece of ginger, peel and grate on a fine grater. Mix grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and oil (I used corn). With a fork mix intensively until smooth.
Roasted slices of zucchini pour the prepared marinade and leave for 5 minutes, and can handle while filling.
For the filling, grind the almonds. It can be done in blender, but I like when there are large pieces, so I put the nuts in the bag and went through it well with a rolling pin. Crushed almonds added to steamed Kus-kusu, went cream cheese (I use Almette or the President). Well all peremeshaem, let's try to taste, if necessary, a little salt.
Start shaping the rolls. On a flat plate lay a slice of zucchini on one edge put a teaspoon of filling and gently roll the roulade.
Finished rolls issued by the end of the dish.
Cherry tomatoes wash and cut in half.
We put them on rolls cut down. Top lightly sprinkle the remaining marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds - make a fun edible "muhomorchiki". As an experiment, I put two rolls pieces of smoked sausage, this version looks not so elegant, but also very tasty.
