Cook the rice - preferably one that when cooked it becomes quite sticky so we can easily form the pads.
Whisk eggs with soy sauce, add sugar at the rate of: 1 egg - about 1 big spoon of the sauce and 1 slice of refined sugar, then the ingredients "balance" each other.
The non-stick pan (don't forget about the sugar content!) prepare the omelet. Allow it to cool. By the time should be cold and the rice.
Generated from rice pads, spread on a dish, and top with a slice of omelette and a bit of red caviar. Ideal to serve with grilled red fish!
