Great pancakes and great for lovers of lemon, gentle, bright, thick lemon sauce, to prepare which will not be difficult.

Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar and salt. You can do this with a whisk, but a mixer is better.
Gradually add the flour, whisk until smooth.
Add the vegetable oil TM "Oleina" classic. Whisk.
Embers pan on maximum heat, add a little oil, wipe with a cloth.
Fry the pancakes on the fire above average.
For the sauce, squeeze of lemon juice.
In the water dissolve the starch. Combine the lemon juice, starch and sugar. I use corn starch, but potato. Put the lemon mixture in a water bath.
The egg and whisk. Gradually introduced into our mixture, constantly stirring quickly.
Once the sauce has started to thicken remove it from heat. Protein is not welded, does not break down into grains the sauce is homogeneous and delicate in structure. Perfect for layer cakes. Pour our sauce over the pancakes. If you want to submit them as I have, then turn each pancake and cut diagonally into several pieces. Spread in the shape of a flower, pour the sauce.
