I really wanted to invent some kind of baking without flour and sugar. And that's what I did. Delicious delicate almond cake with Apple filling the air. I was worried, how will this dough to roll up into a roll. But it was so plastic (after baking) that is absolutely wonderful and easily rolled up into a roll. Even easier than all the rolls from wheat flour, which I did. And the rest of the filling I just put in two kremenetski and served as a dessert, light and airy. Importantly, all without sugar!

Cooking
First you need to cook the filling to make it slightly thickens. Apples, peel and seeds and cut into quarters.

Spread the dough on the baking paper lined on the baking sheet (40X30 cm.). The dough is just air!
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Flip over on a towel, carefully remove the baking paper, it is easily separated from the dough. Again to put the paper on the dough and flip over on towel paper down. Rolled into a roll together with paper and towel.
