Description
National dish Czech, Slovak and Austrian cuisine. Classic recipes for dumplings come from Vienna recipes of the XIX century, which was later improved in the Czech Republic. Usually dumplings are served as a side dish to hot meat dish or soup. Often with dumplings is served gravy to them. The dumplings come in several types - fruit, dough and potatoes. I made one of the many recipes for this dish.

Cooking
Toppings: onions cut into cubes and fry in butter. Slice green onion and combine with the fried onions.
Potatoes to grate, add egg, flour, salt, all mix thoroughly.
Divide the dough into small portions, each put the stuffing and stung.
Fold in the pan, pour cream, add salt and mushroom powder (dried mushrooms grind in a coffee grinder, if not, you can replace the mushroom sauce in packets). And simmer until tender (literally 5 minutes).
