Potato in Indian style
Love to exponentiate near the stove, new tastes, new smells, familiar taste products acquire completely other flavors. Indian cuisine is a frenzied riot of spices, this new taste, and this is exactly the case.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Coriander

  • Curry

  • Mustard seeds

  • Cumin

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Turmeric

  • Parsley

    1 coup

potatoes chopped fairly coarsely and boil until semi-readiness for 8-10 minutes and drain the water
