Salad
Salad of hot-smoked fish. Dedicate it to the wonderful Cook Lena в744нт. This salad I prepared on the book, given to me by Helen. With her, we are kindred spirits in their love for fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    40 g

  • Olives

    30 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    75 g

  • Horseradish

    20 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Previously boiled potatoes peel and cut into small cubes

Fish disassembled into fiber, carefully selecting bones
