Salad of hot-smoked fish. Dedicate it to the wonderful Cook Lena в744нт. This salad I prepared on the book, given to me by Helen. With her, we are kindred spirits in their love for fish.

Cooking
Previously boiled potatoes peel and cut into small cubes
Fish disassembled into fiber, carefully selecting bones
Apple peel and cut into small cubes.
Cucumbers also cut into cubes.
Add the chopped olives and peas.
For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and a little salt.
