Cooking
For a start we'll do the pumpkin. I took pickled, so it's just a little fried. If you use fresh pumpkin, it should be cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until done (on medium heat). Cooked pumpkin to wait.
Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on medium or coarse grater. Put in sauce pan the onion and slightly fry. Then add the carrots and continue frying. Add the tomato, salt, black pepper and favorite spices. I take red pepper, nutmeg and marjoram. Then there also send chopped garlic and pour in the water. Simmer on medium heat until the liquid is evaporated. You can also add 1 tbsp wine or Apple cider vinegar (I didn't do it, because the pumpkin I have marinated)
The pumpkin mix gently with the roasted vegetables.
Baguette cut into slices, drizzle with oil and roast (or dry in the oven) until Golden brown. Then spread them vegetables and serve. The food is ready.
