Dessert was born from my great love for dishes cooked in under 5 minutes. Dessert is light, delicate and healthy, because fitness. Its attractive appearance it can cheat every capricious, not wanting to eat cottage cheese and beets that our family is very important.)) Long did not dare to share the recipe, since I have not captured the whole process, because always cook in a hurry.) But there is nothing complicated: raw beets grate on a fine grater, dried fruit (prunes, apricots) and nuts finely shinkuem.

Cheese mash with a fork, mix everything thoroughly, taste and, on request, add sugar; if the cheese dry, add a little sour cream. The resulting mass should slide into the bun and not too sticky.

Formed balls the size of "Rafaello" and coat them in coconut flakes.
