All the vegetables (zucchini, onions, carrots, potatoes) peel, wash and cut into strips (I have a special grater). Sprinkle with salt, stir. In the mince add half a Cup of milk, salt, spices and knead thoroughly. Take comfortable deep form, at the bottom laid evenly half vegetable mixture, then the vegetables evenly distribute the stuffing on top of the vegetables again. Cut into thin slices tomatoes, spread on top. Next, make the dressing. Beat with a mixer the remaining milk, eggs and mayonnaise. Pour this mixture in the casserole. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven first for 30 minutes, then take out, sprinkle with grated cheese and put it for another 30 minutes.
