Cooking
Courgettes or zucchini wash, dry. Cut each zucchini crosswise into 2-3 parts to make "barrels" with a length of 5 cm.
Each "barrel" with a spoon carefully remove the pulp, leaving the bottom.
Prepare the filling: Onions clear and finely chop. Part of the pulp (I used the entire pulp it turns out, she's a shrink), is removed from the courgettes, chop (the remaining zucchini pulp can be used for other dishes). On a heated with oil the pan in small portions, over medium heat, fry the minced meat. Fried meat place in a bowl.
In the same pan fry the onions for 2 minutes. Then add chopped zucchini flesh and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
Greens wash, dry and chop. To connect fried beef, onion with zucchini, fresh herbs, ketchup or tomato paste, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper.
Mass mix well with your hands.
Each "barrel" a little salt inside and fill the resulting filling. Put in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet. To make the sauce: Combine: sour cream, mayonnaise and ketchup - mix well. On top of each zucchini put a teaspoon of sauce.
