Cooking
Cut chicken into 4 pieces.
Cut half the orange into segments.
The remaining half of the orange peel away skin and cut into small pieces, put in blender. Add the garlic, olive oil, salt and grind to a smooth consistency.
Potatoes cut into slices. Form grease with oil, put potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on top of potato slices of orange.
Put chicken on top of the orange and pour the orange mixture with the oil. To make the sauce: Grind the pepper. Mix the wine, vinegar and pepper. Put all the ingredients into a bottle, close tightly and to shake. Add in the chicken. To close the form with a lid (if the form is without a lid, then cover with foil) and place in a hot oven about 180 for 20 minutes. Then to take the lid off, the fire to increase to 200 and again in the oven for another 30 minutes.
