Liqueur chernoplodku
This year, the first time I tried to make liqueur from Aronia. We have a lot and it is very useful berry, and do it with only juice and jam... . Here, now I'm liquor (though probably it's more correct to call it a tincture or infusion) to do. Very pleasant to the taste - not sugary, moderately sweet, moderately astringent taste with chernoplodku.

Berries searched, remove the sprigs, wash. Give dry. They need to mash these, I did using tolkushkoy for mashed potatoes. Theoretically, I think you can use a blender.

Put mashed chernoplodku in 3-liter jar, add cloves and sugar. A little shake the jar so the sugar is distributed evenly. Close the lid, leave for 2 days.

After 2 days, pour vodka, tightly close the p/e lid, stir and leave for 1.5-2 months. Periodically stir.

It took 2 months. The drink is ready. Filter and bottle.
